KENDALL FARMS
Kendall Farms is a family owned and operated business that is obsessed with growing the finest flowers and greens in the most conscientious way. With a rich history and over 35 years of growing the flowers you love, our goal is to always do better and to constantly evolve by carefully monitoring every part of the growing and harvesting process. We strive to give back to the land that has given so much to us by creating a self-sustaining farm which uses reclaimed water, solar power (from our 5 acres of solar panels), and by using our very own compost created on the farm to keep our soil healthy and productive. We continue our high standards in our warehouse which includes Quality Control, Product Rotation (FiFo), and Cold Chain Management.
RESENDIZ BROTHERS PROTEA GROWERS
Resendiz Brothers Protea Growers LLC was established in 1999 with a passion for growing exotic flowers and a commitment to providing customers with the highest quality products and service. With decades of farming experience in California's ideal Mediterranean climate, we delight in growing spectacular flowers for customers who demand unique and creative floral options. What began as a business focused on proteas has grown into a "boutique" - type flower farm offering a vast selection of the most distinctive American Grown flowers. In addition to proteas, we now cultivate more than 350 varieties of flowers and foliages, and our selection continues to grow!
BANDY RANCH FLORAL
Bandy Ranch Floral’s premium, farm-fresh flowers are grown and sourced locally in sunny San Diego. We rotate our growing fields seasonally across our privately held farmland to ensure that the soil is ripe and nutrient rich. Our investments in wells on each of our properties, plus water rights to San Pasqual, provide a quality water source. Essentially, we have perfect conditions for strong, beautiful flowers.
Our team understands that fresh, healthy flowers require nutrient-rich soil, clean water, and sunshine. They must be harvested at the perfect moment, handled with care, and delivered promptly to ensure maximum bloom.
ALTMAN PLANTS - FOREVER FLOWERS
It began as a hobby in a Los Angeles backyard. And then it grew into something more. From local mail-order catalogs to expanding regionally—then nationally—Altman Plants began with a vision: To grow the highest quality plants and make them available to everyone. Today, we’ve accomplished that mission. As the largest horticultural grower in the United States, we’re also still family-owned-and-operated and just as passionate about plants and customers as we were when we first began our journey, nearly 50 years ago…
CALIFORNIA ASSOCIATION OF FLOWERS GROWERS AND SHIPPERS
The California Association of Flower Growers & Shippers (CalFlowers), established in 1941 as NORCAL, is a leading floral trade association that supports the entire floral supply chain nationwide. What began as a regional effort to promote California's floral industry has grown into an organization with over 900 members, including growers, wholesalers, retailers, and suppliers across all 50 states.
CalFlowers' mission is to strengthen member businesses through logistics, education, and promotional initiatives that grow the use and enjoyment of cut flowers. Members benefit from essential transportation advantages, service discounts, and programs designed to increase flower consumption in the U.S. market.
With a diverse membership spanning every segment of the floral value chain—growers, shippers, importers, e-commerce, retail florists, and even non-floral professionals like accountants and legal firms—CalFlowers fosters collaboration to enhance and grow the floral industry.
RAINBOW PROTEA FARM
Rainbow Protea Farm is Southern California’s premier grower and shipper of all exotic protea, pincushions and leucadendron needs. Rainbow Protea is located in the foot hills of North San Diego, California. We enjoy a mild climate and terrain that which is similar to that of South Africa, Western Australia and New Zealand. It is these specific climatological factors that permit us to grow extremely healthy plants that produce spectacular flowers from the proteaceae family
