CONFERENCE REGISTRATION RATES:

IPA Member : $750 (Early Bird Rate): register before September 30, 2024 / $800 register before December 31, 2024 / $850 register after January 1, 2025

ISHS Member : $750 (Early Bird Rate): register before September 30, 2024 / $800 register before December 31, 2024 / $850 register after January 1, 2025

Non Member : $850 (Early Bird Rate): register before September 30, 2024 / $925 register before December 31, 2024 / $1000 register after January 1, 2025

Guest Pass : $695 (Early Bird Rate): register before September 30, 2024 / $750 register before December 31, 2024 / $825 register after January 1, 2025

ON SITE RATE OR DAY OF EVENT REGISTRATION : $1,000.00

CONFERENCE REGISTRATION RATES INCLUSION:

IPA/ISHS Conference Registration includes all the following events and meals: Sunday - Welcome Reception, Monday – Farm Tours (including transportation), Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner, Tuesday – IPA Meeting, Breakfast and Lunch, Wednesday – ISHS Symposium, Breakfast, Lunch and Banquet Dinner, Thursday – Altman Plants & Bandy Ranch Tours, Breakfast and Lunch, Also includes - Conference Materials and online access to the electronic version of the Acta Horticulturae symposium proceedings.

Two Day Tour package includes the following meals: Monday – Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner, Thursday – Breakfast and Lunch

*Hotel room, tax and incidentals, plus transportation to and from the conference site are not included. Early bird rate good until September 30, 2024.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY: Requests for refund of conference registration fee must be made in writing and can be emailed to protea2025@gmail.com for processing. We highly recommend participants to purchase travel insurance that will cover all travel expenses. Refunds will be processed under the following schedule. Refund requests received by:

* On or before October 1, 2024 - full refund

* From October 02, 2024 to December 01, 2024 - full refund less $60 processing fee and all applicable credit card and bank fees

* From December 02, 2024 to December 27, 2024 - 50% refund less $60 processing fee and all credit card and bank fees

* On or after December 28, 2024 - No refund for cancellation for partial or no show/participation
